In this pivotal role, you'll direct complex cross-functional campaigns, develop impactful marketing strategies for major products, and collaborate with industry leaders to amplify our brand presence. Required Skills:
- Expertise in media placement, social media, and influencer marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in SEO and digital marketing strategies
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives
- Analytical skills in data analysis and synthesis to uncover market opportunities
- Creativity and growth mindset to develop innovative marketing content
- Experience with CRM systems and ROI tracking
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience managing large media agencies
- Knowledge of consumer behavior analytics
- Ability to develop virtual and physical brand experiences
- Familiarity with audiovisual planning and event activation
- Skills in social selling and employee activation programs
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Several years of experience in strategic marketing roles, preferably in digital or multimedia environments
- Demonstrated success in executing integrated marketing campaigns that produce measurable results
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $90.00 to $105.00 dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
