TITLE: Accounts Platform Specialist – Ads

Responsibilities:
- Support client-facing account management in the Global Accounts team.
- Own and grow key, global accounts by making campaign optimization recommendations.
- Analyze data to develop insights and strategies for clients.
- Collaborate with Client Partners and other Platform Specialists to achieve revenue and satisfaction goals.
- Communicate effectively internally and externally through various channels, including video conference and presentations.
- Develop data analysis and recommendation strategies to align with customer goals.
- React quickly to trends and details to ensure customer service excellence.
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years experience in performance media sales.
- At least 3 years experience using a self-serve platform.
- Previous experience with Apple Ads platform.
- Strong understanding of performance advertising and the mobile/app market.
- Proficiency in strategic selling to performance advertisers and agencies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of Excel for data analysis.
- Ability to work across multiple time zones and maintain high professional standards.
Preferred Experience:
- Ability to build and manage client relationships and understand their business objectives.
- Strategic thinking on complex issues with clear recommendations.
- Passion for collaboration and shared success across teams.
- Strong presentation skills, including proficiency with Keynote.
- Analytical skills to identify and develop data-driven opportunities.
- Focus on details and trends with a fast-reacting mindset.
- Positive attitude and passion for teamwork and client success.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $XX.XX to $XX.XX (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
