ANTICIPATED DURATION: 8 months
Responsibilities:
– Performance Monitoring: Track vendor performance against key metrics (KPIs), SLAs, such as on-time delivery, quality, and cost. Address performance issues promptly and collaborate with vendors to implement corrective actions.
– Vendor governance: Lead and deliver regular business reviews and execute a robust vendor governance plan in the form of weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews.
– Vendor Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with vendors to ensure open communication and proactive problem resolution.
– Process improvements: Effectively partner with cross functional teams locally and globally to drive continuous vertical and horizontal process improvements at scale. Use AI and other technologies for continuous process improvement and reengineering.
– Proactively identify and program manage strategic projects to solve for challenging business issues by working with stakeholders, managing communications, and overseeing milestones and timelines.
– Efficient and effective escalation management in line with the established policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum role qualifications requirement:
– 7 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting Vendor Operations.
– 5 years of experience managing operations.
– BA/BS degree
– Ability to work cross-functionally and drive large scale organizational change across various workflows, services, and teams
– Demonstrated record of problem-solving and analytical skills, including modeling and presentation skills
– Demonstrated experience in Operations, Strategy & Planning and excellent program management skills, and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience:
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $96.00 to $114.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
