Product Owner Responsibilities:

The Product Owner will oversee the requirements and development of a new incentive management platform, which supports a larger Enterprise-wide Service to Sales Initiative. This Initiative allows call center agents to offer different cross sell opportunities to customers during their interaction. The Incentive Management Platform is vital to the success of this initiative to track and reward agents for successful closing of these cross sell offers in accordance with custom incentive plans.
The Product Owner will lead the development and implementation of a new Incentive Management platform designed to manage, track, and report out on agent sales activity and incentives rewards within the Contact Center Operations Teams. This role requires strong product management skills, with a focus on prioritizing development tasks, refining product backlog, and maintaining updated sprint plans.

Product Owner Requirements:

-Define and refine the scope requirements for a new incentive management platform.
-Develop workflows integrate and transmit/ingest data from multiple internal downstream and upstream applications including Customer Account Information, New Applications, Finance, Business Intelligence.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement platform features.
-Maintain and align sprint planning to overall project schedule and roadmap.

Product Owner – Preferred Experience:

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
– Typically, one or more years of related experience
– Ability to collaboratively develop and evolve a product backlog
– Standard industry certifications such as SAFE Agile Product Owner is a plus
-Financial Services experience a plus

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $40.00 to $42.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
