Join Our Team as a Customer Solutions Engineer – Drive Innovation and Impact!
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional technical support and empowering clients through innovative solutions? We’re seeking a highly motivated Customer Solutions Engineer to be at the forefront of our client partnerships. In this dynamic, fully onsite role, you will collaborate closely with Business Development teams and strategic clients to facilitate seamless migrations and optimize API integrations, ensuring maximum value and performance. Your expertise will shine as you troubleshoot complex challenges, advocate for new product features, and design tailored solutions that make a real difference.
Required Skills
· 4-5 years of experience in a technical, partner-facing role with a strong customer focus
· Coding proficiency in one or more general purpose languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, C, C++) including knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design
· Deep expertise with RESTful APIs, including integration, troubleshooting, and debugging
· Experience with Shopping APIs is a significant plus
· Proficiency in SQL for data management and analysis
· Proven project management skills, especially in managing complex technical migrations
· Excellent collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional environments
· Fluent in English; additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, or Japanese are appreciated
Nice to Have Skills
· Experience with API migration projects
· Familiarity with cloud platforms or DevOps practices
· Prior experience working with global or multilingual teams
Preferred Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
· Prior involvement in technical support, API integration, or software development roles
Other Requirements
· This is a fully onsite position, requiring reliable presence at the office location
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
· Willingness to participate in occasional travel if necessary

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $107.52 to $122.52 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
