TITLE: Marketing Analyst II
LOCATION: Remote (within 100 miles of Culver City or Cupertino, CA)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 04/27/2026 to 04/27/2027

Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and optimize data-driven models to improve campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize products.
  • Assess business needs and translate model outputs into clear, actionable insights and reporting for marketing and product teams.
  • Create, maintain, and automate content taxonomies for attribution and performance analyses.
  • Apply NLP and topic modeling to analyze digital consumer feedback and sentiment for first-party services and insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, or data science.
  • Effective communication with social, creative, marketing, advertising, and data science teams.
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methods.
  • Ability to write and query code in SQL.
  • Proficient in Excel/Numbers.
  • Strong understanding of social metrics across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Facebook.
  • Ability to analyze content performance across total, paid, and organic channels.
  • Proficient in social listening, competitive analysis, and audience/consumer insights tools.

Preferred Experience:

  • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with SEO metrics and performance data.
  • Experience creating and maintaining marketing taxonomies.
  • Ability to read and analyze large amounts of content in Simplified Chinese.

the hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $70.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
