Innovation Analyst
TITLE: Innovation Analyst
LOCATION: Remote (part-time 8am–12pm PST or 10am–2pm PST)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 12 months
Responsibilities:
- Support the Technology Innovation Manager by serving as an operational and programmatic extension.
- Manage innovation intake, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and provide program and task management across initiatives.
- Coordinate discussions with startups, accelerators, VCs, and prepare documentation to move them through the innovation funnel.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders bringing innovation ideas and AI use cases.
- Capture and synthesize intake inputs, provide structured summaries for strategic review.
- Manage day-to-day operations of innovation initiatives, pilots, and activities, ensuring projects stay organized and on track.
- Support logistics, scheduling, and engagement for innovation forums, workshops, and sessions.
- Contribute to AI enablement via training materials, facilitate AI training sessions, and gather stakeholder feedback.
- Provide analytical insights to improve innovation workflows and support continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Management Consultant, Technology Consultant, or similar roles, preferably in a technology function.
- Proficient in analytical skills with Microsoft Excel, etc.
- Excellent written and presentation communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Basic knowledge of current, new, and emerging technologies and their application.
- Basic understanding of the CPG industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $62.00 to $67.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
