Title: Program Manager
Location: Tempe, AZ
Duration: 3 months

Responsibilities:

  • Support our clients Remote Assistance (RA) teams, handling current initiatives and developing upcoming program changes.
  • Oversee operational health and ensure adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage large-scale transformational programs.
  • Assist with current initiatives to enhance operational workflows and support scalable support for the Waymo Driver.
  • Leverage vendor partner relationships to improve KPI performance and support company goals.
  • Provide expertise to cross-functional business stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering or a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Program Management within operational implementation.
  • 3+ years experience operating in a multifaceted, technical, and rapidly transitioning environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading ongoing enhancement projects to reduce operational findings.
  • Experience overseeing transition processes and implementing system refreshes with minimal operational impact.
  • Proficiency with Google Apps.
  • Experience with dashboard/reporting analytic tools.
  • Experience working with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organizations.
– Familiarity with Asana applications. – Experience in autonomous vehicle, transportation dispatch, or emergency response industries.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $90.00 to $106.11 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
