  • Partner with Product Managers to define UX direction and interface design
  • Support and participate in usability testing and research initiatives
  • Create prototypes to validate design decisions and iterate quickly
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams, including offshore partners
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, refinement sessions)

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in UX Design and/or UX Architecture
  • Strong proficiency in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, design systems)
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Proven ability to:
    • Design complex workflows and user flows (ideally in B2B or fintech environments)
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Collaborate with distributed/offshore teams
  • Comfortable working closely with Product, Engineering, and UX Research

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting or leading discovery sessions
  • Strong partnership with UX Researchers
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design/prototyping tools (e.g., Replit or similar)
  • Experience with Microsoft tools

Portfolio Expectations

Candidates should provide case studies that clearly demonstrate:

  • Problem definition and context
  • Design process and approach
  • Decision-making and rationale
  • Outcomes and measurable impact

Why This Role

  • Opportunity to work on a core enterprise banking platform (Access Online)
  • High-impact work within card administration and financial workflows
  • Collaborative, fast-paced environment with strong cross-functional exposure
  • Long-term contract with high likelihood of extension into next year
