UX Researcher
Bring your expertise in user experience research to a dynamic team dedicated to transforming banking experiences. As a UX Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative digital solutions for our Commercial and Institutional Banking clients. You'll lead end-to-end research initiatives, collaborate across teams, and deliver insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance user satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead comprehensive UX research projects aligned with business goals, delivering measurable results
- Design and implement mixed-method research approaches to gather qualitative and quantitative data
- Translate research findings into clear, compelling insights to inform product and design strategies
- Create high-quality artifacts and present findings effectively to diverse audiences
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and business leaders to ensure research impacts and aligns with goals
- Set measurable objectives and evaluate research success to demonstrate impact
- Uphold excellence in research quality, facilitation, storytelling, and insight synthesis
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in UX, design research, psychology, social sciences, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in UX research
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven ability to facilitate collaborative sessions and stakeholder management
- Experience executing both qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Ability to select appropriate methodologies based on project scope and timeline
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working within banking, financial services, or corporate environments
- Familiarity with research tools and analytics platforms
- Certification in UX or research-related disciplines
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of hands-on UX research experience in a professional setting
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work fully remote or in a hybrid model (preferred locations: Minneapolis, Chicago, Atlanta)
- Willingness to collaborate across departments and participate in in-office days if hybrid
- Must be comfortable with flexible scheduling during business hours (8:30 am – 5 pm CST)

The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $0.00 to $49.58/hr. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
