Demand Planner
Title: Supply Chain Planner
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months

Required Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make quick, strategic operational decisions
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to influence peers and senior management
- Deep knowledge of supply chain management concepts: demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and demand planning
- Experience working with ERP planning solutions such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems
- Familiarity with system parameter analysis to optimize inventory and meet service level goals
- Proven ability to analyze forecasted demand, develop supply plans, and resolve product backlogs
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively during regional supply-demand synchronization calls
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with engineering change requests and product lifecycle management
- Background in electronic product service supply chain management
- System enhancement and IT collaboration experience
- APICS certification is a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or Logistics
- Master’s Degree (MBA or Master’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering) is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in forecasting, inventory management, demand planning, or related roles
- Track record of meeting operational KPIs and managing projects within supply chain environments
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to participate in weekly conference calls with teams across Europe and Asia-Pacific
- Ability to analyze and update ERP master data at multiple manufacturing plants
- Commitment to continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $35.00 to $40.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
