HR Advisor
TITLE: HR Advisor
LOCATION: AZ-Grand 1 1101 W Washington St Tempe Arizona 85288
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 05/18/2026 to 08/14/2026
Responsibilities:
- Manage cases related to ADA, LOAs, FMLA, and accessibility
- Provide consultation and guidance on accommodation issues and solutions
- Analyze, research, and develop resolution proposals for cases
- Promote a positive workplace culture by managing sensitive case information with discretion
- Support remote work accommodation requests specifically
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology or related degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of experience in employee relations, HR Generalist roles, or disability management
- Information not provided.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience working in HR Operations or HR Service Center preferred
- Knowledge of federal and state disability laws, specifically ADA, LOAs, Employee Relations, Employment Law
- Ability to work independently and identify when to engage others
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven ability to maintain confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of accommodation solutions as it pertains to disability-related barriers
the hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $32.01 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
