TITLE: Program Manager

LOCATION: Atlanta, GA

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 05/04/2026 to 12/04/2026

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage the full lifecycle of programs, including driving, organizing, and managing program activities to achieve business outcomes
  • Develop systems to proactively identify improvements and drive future optimizations, including change management and performance metrics
  • Define and address undefined cross-functional challenges using program management methodologies
  • Use independent judgment to adjust programs effectively while navigating changing circumstances
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across cross-functional teams
  • Author program charters that address scope, timeline, OKRs, resourcing, and risks/dependencies
  • Create project plans with discrete phases, risks, dependencies, and visibility into constraints
  • Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders to enable effective decision-making
  • Design and deliver communication plans tailored to stakeholder types
  • Manage program escalations collaboratively with stakeholders
  • Execute change management requirements, develop rollout plans, and monitor implementation progress
  • Collect data independently to govern and execute programs effectively
  • Maintain project trackers and status reports
  • Manage dependencies and execute program tasks while incorporating company values and brand trust
  • Define program governance structures, manage mitigations, postmortems, and escalations, and facilitate effective meetings
  • Determine program phases and metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Establish checkpoints to assess and deliver improvement metrics

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $75.00 to $105.92 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
