Operations Manager

TITLE: Operations Manager

LOCATION: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 07/06/2026 to 01/06/2026

Responsibilities:

• Support pre-business activities for the Mandiant Consulting organization, including creating Statement Of Work (SOW) and other agreement documents.
• Work with business and consultants to resolve pricing/scoping issues.
• Work within a case management system, ensure requests are progressing, and provide regular timely updates.
• Drive end-to-end resolution, engaging with other departments as required.
• Create and develop solutions to address non-standard customer situations and document approaches for re-use.
• Assist with governance activities to improve organizational efficiency.
• Maintain operational excellence for Mandiant’s consulting practice as part of a global operations team focused primarily on pre-business activities.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer-facing roles, agreement negotiation, consulting/professional services operations, using Salesforce, reporting, case management, and governance.
• 3+ years of experience in an operations or customer support role with a professional services firm, software, or technology-based company.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce opportunity, quote, estimates.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute multiple concurrent activities.
• Experience working cross-functionally to achieve desired outcomes.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $77.30 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
