TITLE: Unified Communications (UC) Specialist
LOCATION: Nashville, TN (on-site 4 days a week)

Responsibilities:

  • Configure, implement, and maintain unified communications infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide support for UC systems.
  • Configure and deploy Zoom Rooms, Zoom Phone, and Zoom Meetings.
  • Support Webex video conferencing equipment and Cisco UC systems.
  • Collaborate with service providers for hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Monitor system health and perform routine maintenance, updates, and patch management.
  • Create documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve issues, minimizing business impact.
  • Ensure systems comply with industry standards and security best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining Zoom Meetings, Zoom Phone, and Cisco UC.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, VoIP, and video conferencing technologies.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills and problem resolution ability.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience supporting AV room integrations utilizing Logitech, Shure, and QSYS technologies preferred.
  • Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA) and CompTIA Network+ certification are a plus.
  • Experience with cloud-based UC solutions is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

  • Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA).
  • CompTIA Network+ certification.
  • Experience with cloud-based unified communications solutions.
  • Supporting AV room integrations with Logitech, Shure, and QSYS technologies.
