TITLE: Trust & Safety Program Manager

LOCATION: Bay Area, CA

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 05/06/2026 to 05/06/2026

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and champion quality measurement frameworks for enforcement and labeling systems.
  • Develop and oversee metrics, monitoring tools, and reporting processes to identify and resolve quality challenges.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure data integrity and support enforcement and AI model training.
  • Design system-level insight reporting to support hybrid and automated moderation.
  • Build consensus with stakeholders to create a trusted quality measurement system.
  • Represent Trust & Safety Quality in front of cross-functional leadership.
  • Use data to inform product or policy improvements.
  • Detect quality issues, flag risks, and initiate root-cause corrective actions.
  • Leverage applied AI to improve efficiency and scalability in quality management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management managing large-scale initiatives.
  • Experience in Trust and Safety or a related operations-heavy field.
  • Internal stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • SQL knowledge with experience managing multiple large datasets.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in quality measurement and management or a related measurement field.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and working with metrics.
  • Experience with Generative AI development and evaluations.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $125.88 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
