Program Manager III
TITLE: Program Manager III
LOCATION: Remote, US (must be located in PST)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 05/12/2026 to 01/12/2027
Responsibilities:
- Intake emerging law and regulatory requirements and translate them into product-friendly requirements for cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Legal and Product stakeholders to interpret emerging regulations and translate compliance requirements into actionable product and operational guidance for a large-scale consumer platform.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders with conflicting viewpoints (e.g., letter of the law vs. spirit of the law) and maintain forward progress.
- Develop and execute program plans to track regulations, manage updates, and deploy compliance solutions on tight timelines.
- Prepare concise, executive-ready communications and updates for senior stakeholders.
- Operate effectively during fast-moving regulatory “fire drills,” prioritizing critical work and unblocking decisions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of program management experience with strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder follow-through.
- Compliance and/or regulatory program experience in a technology environment (regulatory + tech background is important).
- Ability to read and interpret legal or regulatory text and produce clear first-draft summaries and requirements for Legal review.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and writing brief, high-signal executive communications.
- Strong critical thinking and ability to find answers independently in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience).
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in a large, complex tech environment with global cross-functional stakeholders.
- Trust & Safety, policy operations, or content compliance experience.
- Consulting background or experience operating as a force multiplier in highly ambiguous programs.
- Legal-adjacent experience (not required).
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $113.00 to $130.73 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
