Data Engineer
TITLE: Data Engineer
LOCATION: Sunnyvale, CA or Seattle, WA (hybrid, on-site Tuesday – Thursday)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6 months
Responsibilities:
- Support the Advanced Operations Engineering (AOE) team with operational execution.
- Own the annual budget cycle, including forecasting spending and managing financials.
- Manage the full lifecycle of temporary vendor contracts and legal reviews.
- Leverage data management tools to maintain dynamic headcount dashboards.
- Provide leadership with real-time insights through data analysis and dashboard reporting.
- Design and develop intake questionnaires for program scoping.
- Partner with managers to define operational questions and resource requirements.
- Provide weekly updates on program request statuses.
- Manage review cycles for critical reports, resource allocation, and tracking actions required.
- Create and maintain dashboards to monitor open headcount and staffing allocations.
- Report on staffing trends and potential risks on a weekly basis.
- Connect resource planning tools across organizations for better alignment.
- Track onboarding and offboarding activities for vendor/contractor lifecycle management.
- Establish and maintain trackers for legal contracts and leadership sign-offs.
- Drive the annual budget planning cycle and consolidate financial asks.
- Maintain real-time financial tracking and prepare variance reports.
- Support procurement activities, ensuring the timely completion of requests.
- Develop financial models for quarterly forecasting and scenario planning.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $80 to $110.89 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
