Sr. Data Analyst
TITLE: Sr. Data Analyst
LOCATION: Remote
ANTICIPATED DURATION: End of January 2027
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the evaluation, design, development and implementation of standardized reporting, business processes and information systems solutions.
- Handle all aspects of project management from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain business strategies and dashboards for projects, initiatives and/or categories.
- Act as a strategic thought partner on issues facing the business.
- Develop and track category and program performance as well as monitor trends.
- Lead all phases of a project's life cycle including defining the business need, establishing criteria and business requirements, understanding the impact to the business and designing and rolling out the project.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and perform research and/or analysis within assigned projects or category of business.
- Establish and report on metrics of assigned projects or categories to gauge business value.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Four or more years of work experience.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Experience maintaining stakeholder communications and project documentation.
- SQL experience (BigQuery preferred).
- Experience analyzing large data sets (A/B tests and experimental results preferred).
- Tableau and/or Excel reporting experience.
- Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Experience:
- Retail media, digital advertising, or analytics experience.
- Experience with Python or other scripting languages for automation.
- Experience with AI tools, copilots, agents, or knowledge management systems.
- Experience building automated analytics workflows.
- Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, or agentic solutions.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.00 to $65.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
