TITLE: Oracle C2M Senior Admin

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 07/27/2026 to 12/31/2026
Responsibilities:
- Support and implement key technology including the overall architecture for the CIS/MDM solution and its integration components.
- Build, configure, manage, and troubleshoot Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M) and related middleware components.
- Perform routine maintenance activities such as deployments, patching, and administrative tasks.
- Provide hypercare and production support activities after the solution goes live in September 2026.
- Support day 2 build activities in lower environments.
- Install and maintain Oracle C2M and WebLogic Server Middleware infrastructure in development, test, and production environments.
- Setup configurations like Coherence clusters, SSO, JMS, SSL, and certificate key stores.
- Administer middleware environment, including installation, configuration, migration, tuning, patching, and monitoring on Oracle WebLogic 14c.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application development, testing, and release teams.
- Identify and escalate potential issues impacting deliverables.
- Support infrastructure upgrades, apply patches, and support migrations.
- Perform ongoing performance tuning and system resource optimization.
- Monitor and maintain systems, respond to alerts, analyze logs, and ensure system health and uptime.
- Work on customer support tickets and requests, including on-call support.
- Troubleshoot application issues in collaboration with development, DBA, server, and network teams.
- Create automation for routine tasks.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including installation and troubleshooting guides.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and develop standards for platform utilization.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
- 10 or more years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years deploying and managing Oracle C2M and related middleware.
- Experience with Oracle Utilities C2M, CC&B, MDM platforms, including administration, configuration, support, and enhancements.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle WebLogic 14c and 12c.
- Knowledge of C2M components such as IWS, batch, JMS queues, and integration tools.
- Optional experience with Oracle SOA, monitoring tools like Dynatrace, and DevOps release management.
- Proven communication skills and ability to present effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, managing priorities independently.
- Experience managing multiple projects and initiatives.
- Membership in the Insider Threat Program (ITP) preferred.
- Participation in rotating on-call support.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with configuring and supporting C2M components such as IWS, batch, JMS queues, etc.
- Knowledge of Oracle SOA integration.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace.
- Knowledge of DevOps release management and automation.
- Background in managing multiple small projects and initiatives.
