Workday HCM Product Solutions Consultant (HRIS Analyst)
Join a dynamic team driving innovation in HR technology as a Workday HCM Product Solutions Consultant. In this pivotal role, you will partner with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize Workday HCM solutions, enhancing the employee experience and streamlining HR processes. Your expertise will help shape scalable, efficient systems that support rapidly evolving organizational needs, all within an agile environment focused on delivering maximum value.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer engineering, human resources, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of technical experience with Workday HCM, including requirements gathering, solution design, prototyping, and testing
- Proven ability to support configuration, enhancements, and optimization of Workday Core HCM modules
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills:
- Global configuration experience within Workday
- Knowledge of offer letter setup, job requisitions, and dynamic process configuration
- Familiarity with Workday Business Process Framework and workflow automation
- Experience supporting complex HR functions such as payroll, compensation, recruiting, and benefits
- Knowledge of enterprise HR systems including Jira, desktop technologies, and cloud security vulnerabilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as information systems or human resources
- 5 or more years of hands-on experience in HRIS systems, particularly Workday
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to support user acceptance testing, issue tracking, and defect resolution
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment, with some travel to preferred locations like Minneapolis, MN, or Charlotte, NC

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $65.00 to $70.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
