Job Description:
Bring your technical recruiting expertise to a high-impact, full-cycle role supporting hard-to-fill, highly visible positions across software engineering, infrastructure, data, and information security. As a Sr. Technical Recruiter, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and technical stakeholders to define hiring needs, build proactive sourcing strategies, run structured screening and interview processes, and close top talent—while delivering a standout candidate experience from first outreach through offer acceptance. You’ll also use Workday to manage requisitions, pipelines, and recruiting metrics with accuracy and consistency.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on technical recruiting (including software engineering and information security)
- Full-cycle recruiting capability (intake/strategy, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, closing)
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of technical roles and skill sets (software engineering, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity)
- Advanced sourcing skills (Boolean search, talent mapping, passive outreach)
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- High-touch approach to candidate experience and professional follow-through
- Strong attention to documentation, compliance, and reporting
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience recruiting in enterprise or highly technical environments
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage recruiting data/metrics for continuous improvement
- Customer-service mindset and strong project management skills
- Ability to review and interpret trends and recruiting performance metrics
- Strong presentation skills.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Experience: 5+ years in recruiting with demonstrated success in technical hiring (software engineering and/or information security)

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $33.00 to $39.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
