In this pivotal role, you will provide broad strategic direction and help spearhead complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives that resonate with diverse audiences. You'll develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for major products, collaborate with industry leaders, partners, and internal teams, and manage budgets and logistics with finesse. As a regional expert and thought leader, you'll guide marketing efforts that not only meet but exceed organizational goals while fostering an inclusive environment that encourages decision-making and cultural safety.
Required Skills:
- Media placement and social media management
- Communication and influencer marketing expertise
- Search engine optimization (SEO) proficiency
- Deal negotiation and consumer behavior understanding
- Project management and growth strategies
- Creativity and media data analysis and synthesis

Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with global media agencies
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Experience in virtual and physical event planning
- Ability to analyze campaign ROI and adapt strategies accordingly

Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Proven track record in marketing leadership roles, ideally with experience in managing large-scale campaigns and cross-functional teams

The hourly pay rate for this position is $105.24 Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
