Operations Analyst II (Inventory & Operations Technician)
Overview
Join us as an Inventory & Operations Technician / Operations Analyst II, supporting high-visibility hardware events and partner loan programs. In this fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, you’ll own end-to-end hardware logistics—coordinating requests and returns, tracking inventory condition, and keeping stakeholders informed with clear, proactive updates. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, urgency, and follow-through, and who can confidently handle and identify our devices across product lines.
Required Skills:

3+ years of relevant experience in inventory/logistics, product lifecycle operations, and/or project management

Proven ability to prioritize independently, manage competing demands, and deliver under deadline pressure

Strong communication skills (clear, concise status updates; comfortable escalating risks/issues early)

Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and shift priorities as needs change

Hands-on comfort working with hardware and maintaining audit-ready processes and timelines
Nice to Have Skills:

Familiarity with our hardware ecosystem (comfort identifying devices across iOS, Mac and related device

Experience supporting confidential projects

Experience driving process improvements, documentation, and operational reporting
Preferred Education and Experience

Hands-on experience (3+ years) in inventory/operations.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $30.00 to $35.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
