TITLE: AI Builder Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• Own the roadmap and drive phased automation toward an AI-native program management practice
• Design, build, and deploy automated workflows to replace manual program management tasks (e.g., status updates, meeting prep/follow-up, tracking, decision logs, playbooks)
• Integrate workflows with systems of record (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, BI), managing schema, permissions, and refreshes
• Ship iterative improvements on a weekly cadence and deliver usable outputs every 1–2 weeks
• Define measurement and report impact (e.g., time saved, recurring work automated, usage of assets) to leadership
• Create and maintain an internal library of agents, skills, prompts, and templates; lead enablement through office hours and documentation
• Champion governance and responsible AI use, including confidentiality, accuracy, and required human review

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in program, product, or operations engineering
• 1+ year building LLM-based tools (agents, copilots, prompt/skill libraries) used by non-technical team members
• 1+ year shipping production automation into a business workflow that runs without ongoing personal support
• 1+ year with Microsoft Cowork & Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Power Automate, and/or Power Platform
• 1+ year pulling from and writing to systems of record, including handling schema, permissions, and refreshes

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $ 65.00 to $85.00 Information not provided. (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
