Maintain and optimize ServiceNow applications to ensure high performance and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow functionalities. Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, development, testing, and deployment. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices in ServiceNow implementations. Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and development standards. Provide support for ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements. Candidates shall possess the skill to develop on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications. Identify automation opportunities and make recommendation for improvements. Analyze requirements and accurately estimate the effort of work to design, create and implement solutions. Design and implement process workflows, procedures, and technical standards. Collaborate with other developers, analysts, and stakeholders to perform and complete daily activities. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow development.
