TITLE: Advocacy Program Manager

LOCATION: Remote 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee two critical workstreams: Global Events Management and Airtable Database Management.
  • Serve as project manager for the annual Google.org Impact Summits across regions such as APAC, EMEA, and AMER.
  • Maintain and optimize “The Frontdoor” Airtable database, including designing new features and managing user permissions.
  • Create and manage guest lists for the Impact Summits, liaising with internal teams to vet and confirm attendees.
  • Engage with VIP guests individually to create tailored experiences and act as a point of contact onsite.
  • Coordinate guest communication cadence, ensuring messages are timely and engaging.
  • Support event team with ad hoc requests and create briefs for speakers and executives.
  • Support the creation of detailed event briefs for all Google.org VP external events, tracking key individual insights.

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with experience in high-profile event execution and Airtable proficiency.
  • Demonstrated hands-on expertise in designing, building, and optimizing Airtable solutions; Airtable Certification preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex team processes into effective Airtable solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for documenting changes and training.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong follow-through.

Preferred Experience:

  • Advanced Airtable proficiency and certifications preferred.
  • Experience in designing and implementing Airtable automation, dashboards, linked records, and formula fields.
  • Experience in managing external engagement briefs and tracking key individual insights.
  • Passion for social impact or a desire to learn about Google.org’s mission.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

The compensation range for this position is $0.00 to $0.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
