Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Copywriter to join our Digital Experience (XD) team. This role blends traditional copywriting with the emerging discipline of AI-empowered content creation. You will leverage generative AI tools to craft, refine, and optimize copy across digital channels—ensuring clarity, consistency, inclusivity, and alignment with brand standards.
This is an intermediate-level role (1–3 years of experience) and is ideal for a copywriter or content professional eager to expand their craft by working with generative AI in a modern, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities

AI-Enhanced Copywriting: Write and refine copy for digital channels (marketing assets, UX copy, FAQs, campaigns) using AI tools to scale quality output.

Prompt Development & Optimization: Create and refine prompts that guide AI to deliver accurate, engaging, and brand-aligned content.

Content Review & Editing: Evaluate AI-generated content for tone, style, accuracy, and accessibility.

Testing & Iteration: Conduct A/B tests and variations, analyze results, and adjust prompts or copy for improved effectiveness.

Content Systems: Contribute to prompt libraries, editorial guidelines, and reusable templates to ensure consistency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with UX designers, strategists, and product managers to integrate AI-driven content into workflows.

Governance & Best Practices: Stay informed on AI trends, accessibility, and ethics to ensure responsible use of AI in copywriting.
Must-Have Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in copywriting, UX writing, content design, or related editorial fields.

Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, etc.) and prompt creation.

Strong writing and linguistic skills with an eye for clarity, tone, and consistency.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize AI outputs through iteration.

Basic technical fluency (prompt syntax, templates, structured workflows).

Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Awareness of accessibility, bias, and ethics in AI-generated content.

Experience with microcopy, design systems, or digital content frameworks.

Knowledge of advanced prompting strategies (few-shot, role-based, chain-of-thought).

Experience building editorial guides, training resources, or content playbooks.

Examples of driving efficiency or quality improvements through AI-assisted content.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.00 to $53.00/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
