Overview
We are seeking a senior change management and enablement leader to drive the successful adoption of agentic AI across business, IT, and analytics teams. This role sits at the intersection of AI strategy, organizational change, and workforce enablement, with a focus on translating AI capabilities and governance into practical, scalable ways of working. The ideal candidate brings deep experience leading enterprise change initiatives tied to technology transformation and excels at building confidence, alignment, and momentum across diverse stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive AI adoption and behavior change
- Develop and execute structured change management strategies that support enterprise adoption of agentic AI.
- Partner with business, IT, and analytics teams to shift behaviors, workflows, and decision-making through AI-enabled ways of working.
- Design AI enablement and learning programs
- Create role-based training programs, playbooks, templates, and hands-on labs that build practical AI literacy and confidence.
- Tailor enablement approaches to different audiences, from delivery teams to leadership.
- Operationalize responsible AI usage
- Translate AI governance policies, guardrails, and standards into clear, actionable guidance and usable artifacts.
- Ensure delivery teams understand how to apply responsible AI practices in real-world scenarios.
- Support pilots and scale-up
- Partner closely with product and engineering teams to onboard early adopters.
- Capture feedback from pilots, iterate on enablement materials, and refine approaches for broader rollout.
- Measure adoption and effectiveness
- Define and track adoption, usage, and value metrics to assess the effectiveness of AI enablement efforts.
- Use insights to continuously improve AI Hub offerings and change strategies.
- Act as a cultural connector
- Bridge central AI Hub teams and federated business teams, reinforcing shared language, expectations, and success stories.
- Leverage ambassador programs to scale training, communications, and adoption across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading structured change management initiatives tied to process transformation and/or technology implementations.
- Proven experience using formal change management methodologies to prepare organizations for new technologies and ways of working.
- Strong background in organizational change management and communications (OCMC), particularly in large, complex environments.
- Experience designing and delivering enablement programs, learning assets, and adoption frameworks.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts (including AI and governance) into clear, practical guidance for non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and influencing without direct authority.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting AI, advanced analytics, or data platform transformations.
- Familiarity with responsible AI principles, governance models, or risk frameworks.
- Experience building or running ambassador or champion programs to scale change.
