Responsibilities:
- Support a multidisciplinary creative team in defining visual storytelling through graphic design, video, and art.
- Collaborate with editorial, creative, and engineering teams to solve problems and deliver innovative projects.
- Create high-concept, visually engaging, and sophisticated creative work for major brands.
- Disassemble complex ideas into well-designed presentation decks.
- Bring insights and deliver effective feedback across multiple mediums and art styles.
- Work across mobile apps, websites, software, and other digital outputs.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience as a Senior Art Director, Art Director, or Senior Designer.
- Portfolio demonstrating original, high-quality creative work with a consistent taste level.
- Proven ability to present ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator; additional visual and motion design skills are a plus.
- Deep understanding of visual and communication design principles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects across time zones.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with mobile apps, websites, software, and other digital outputs.
- Ability to deliver insights and feedback in various art styles, including illustration, graphic design, and typography.
- Natural collaboration skills and the ability to work under pressure.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $106.00 to $138.41/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
