TITLE: Art Director

LOCATION: Culver City, CA

From 01/19/2026 to 04/19/2026

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with creative, editorial, and engineering teams to solve problems and deliver unique solutions.
  • Focus on graphic and brand design projects, serving as both a creative lead and contributor.
  • Develop and maintain design systems for screens, in-product content, visual communication tools, and more.
  • Dissect complex ideas into visually engaging presentation decks.
  • Contribute insightful concepts and deliver effective feedback across multiple mediums and art styles.
  • Work on digital outputs including mobile apps, websites, and software.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of experience as a Senior Art Director, Art Director, or Senior Designer in a creative-focused agency or in-house at a leading brand.
  • A diverse portfolio of high-concept, visually engaging, and sophisticated creative work.
  • Experience in developing brand design systems, graphic design for editorial placements, and digital content.
  • Ability to present ideas confidently to diverse audiences.
  • Deep knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work across time zones and juggle multiple projects.
  • Demonstrates command of visual and communication design principles.
  • Clear attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship.
– Experience in motion design and additional visual design software proficiencies are a plus. – Ability to bring insightful concepts and provide feedback across various mediums and styles.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $90.00 to $120.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
