Required Skills:
- Proven expertise in motion graphics and visual design
- Strong leadership and project management abilities
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Exceptional creativity with an eye for detail and aesthetics
- Ability to translate concepts into engaging visual narratives
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with 3D animation and modeling
- Knowledge of storytelling and narrative development
- Familiarity with broader creative disciplines such as branding and UX/UI design
- Experience working on high-profile campaigns or with major brands
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics or visual direction
