Associate Producer- Video Editor
Job Title: Video Producer
Contract Type: W2, Long-Term Contract (Potential to Extend or Convert to FTE)
Location: Atlanta, GA – Hybrid
Overview
We are seeking a motivated Video Producer to join a growing production team in Atlanta. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced producers while gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of production environments. It’s an excellent fit for someone who thrives in fast-paced, creative settings, is eager to take on multiple responsibilities, and wants to grow their skills in video production and editing.
Key Responsibilities

Support live and studio productions, including camera operation, sound monitoring, and managing live feeds.

Edit video content for various platforms — from short-form social clips to long-form projects.

Create content for multiple channels, including social platforms, client deliverables, and broadcast.

Assist senior producers both on set and in post-production.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

Occasionally support productions outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends.
What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of experience in video production or editing.

Strong video editing skills across multiple formats and platforms.

Hands-on production skills: camera operation, audio monitoring, and familiarity with live production workflows.

Comfort working in both studio environments and on-location shoots.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as production needs require.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn from senior team members.

Applicants should include samples of work that demonstrate technical and creative range. Examples may include:

The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $30.00 to $35.00/hr.
