Responsibilities:
- Create thumb-stopping social media content including videos, photos, and graphics
- Design static graphics and produce short-form videos while managing project timelines
- Coordinate content production workflows, manage asset requests, approvals, and scheduling
- Write captions and engage proactively with followers through social media platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure content aligns with brand strategies
- Stay informed of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats
- Manage the brand's organic social media handles and engage with audiences
- Appear on camera in content as required
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize content strategies
- Maintain content calendars and ensure consistency and brand alignment
- Track performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement tactical adjustments
Requirements:
- Previous experience with CPG and creation of camera-facing content
- Must have access to a dog and furnace for demonstration of filters (new products); small devices do not qualify
- Experience with social media management tools and content creation software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Strong graphic design, videography, photography, and editing skills
- 2-3+ years of experience in social media management and operational coordination
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of social media platform trends, analytics, and performance reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field preferred
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with social media management tools like Sprinklr
- Demonstrated success in content creation that drives engagement and brand visibility
- Deep understanding of social media trends and content optimization techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $26.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
