Business Analyst
TITLE: Business Analyst
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA (Smyrna) (Hybrid, 3 days onsite: Tuesday–Thursday)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6-month contract-to-hire
Business Analyst Responsibilities:

Act as the primary Business Analyst “owner” of the Last Mile Delivery SaaS platform.

Partner with business leaders to uncover needs and pain points through open-ended discovery and translate those into requirements and workflows.

Ensure smooth integration between the SaaS platform and upstream ERP/core systems, mapping data accurately for order, delivery, and proof-of-delivery flows.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to configure and optimize platform use (minimal custom development required).

Capture and document business requirements in Jira and Confluence.

Work independently to drive conversations with stakeholders and deliver actionable solutions without requiring heavy oversight.
Business Analyst Requirements:
-
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS platform environments.

Strong business process analysis and requirements elicitation skills.

Familiarity with ERP systems and integration flows.

Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for requirements tracking and documentation.

Ability to engage directly with stakeholders, facilitate discovery conversations, and translate needs into platform requirements.

Strong organizational and communication skills; able to work with minimal handholding.
Business Analyst Preferred Experience:
-
Previous experience with Last Mile Delivery, logistics, or order-to-home delivery SaaS platforms.

Background in dispatch/track tool workflows and delivery optimization.

Experience with proof-of-delivery processes (e.g., photos, confirmations, returns).
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $55.00 to $75.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
