In this role, you’ll act as the vital link between contractors, customers, and internal teams—facilitating communication, resolving access challenges, and coordinating inspection activities. Your expertise will help optimize inspection processes, reduce unnecessary field visits, and ensure compliance through effective data tracking and reporting.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in data management, data querying, and report development
- Strong time management skills to meet workflow and inspection deadlines
- Experience engaging with multiple SMEs and securing stakeholder buy-in
- Project tracking expertise from issue identification to resolution
- Skilled in data visualization and dashboard creation using SAS, Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python, and SAP
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with ArcGIS and spatial data analysis
- Prior involvement in SAP transformations, especially data cleansing and validation
- Knowledge of infrastructure inspection workflows and compliance procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in data analysis, project coordination, or business process improvement
- Relevant experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar enterprise systems
Other Requirements:
- Ability to navigate complex data sets and technical systems
- Willingness to collaborate across multiple organizations and teams
- Detail-oriented mindset for tracking inspection activities and resolving discrepancies
- Support for process optimization initiatives and continual improvement efforts

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $16.00 to $38.6 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
