TITLE: Business Analyst – Int

LOCATION: Remote (must be within 50 miles of Atlanta, GA)

ANTICIPATED DURATION: 12 months

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement knowledge management strategies for new applications.
  • Coordinate projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication are managed effectively.
  • Support process improvement by helping develop and maintain standardized tools, templates, and workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university OR minimum three (3) years experience in IT, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Minimum two (2) years experience in project management, business analysis, or a related field in an IT environment is preferred.
  • Experience in project coordination and service management, including scheduling, tracking deliverables, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • One (1) year experience working with advanced PowerPoint & Excel functions (including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Specific systems knowledge required: M365 Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Specific systems knowledge preferred: ServiceNow (as a user, not developer).
  • Georgia Seasonal Influenza Shot required.
  • Expected shift: Normal day shift business hours.
  • Remote work: Fully remote, remote local to GA office required.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required (if applicable, not specified).
  • Supplier call to follow later this week.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in service management, including scheduling, tracking deliverables, facilitating stakeholder communication, and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and initiative to drive projects forward with creativity and accountability.

the hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.00 to $53.42 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
