Business & Operations Analyst
TITLE: Business & Operations Analyst
LOCATION: Santa Monica, CA (on-site Tuesday – Thursday)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6 months (possibility to extend)
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including booking travel and calendar management for executives and inventory managers.
- Plan and coordinate meetings across teams.
- Track project deliverables and support project management tasks.
- Use MS Excel to evaluate trends and recommend actions.
- Validate reports in systems such as Fleetworthy, Geotab, and PureSafety for the Safety Manager.
- Support inventory management by learning and utilizing Spring.
- Create manager performance reports using Tableau.
- Facilitate project calls and ensure effective communication across teams and vendors.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Operations Analyst.
- Experience in supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Tableau or PowerBI/ BI tools is a plus.
- Ability to interface and collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn.
- Up to 10% travel (both driving and flying will be required).
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $35.00 to $40.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
