TITLE: Business Systems Analyst

LOCATION: Austin, TX

ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6 mos

Responsibilities:

  • Design programs, processes, procedures, and methods from the ground up.
  • Partner with technical teams to develop solutions for business problems.
  • Build consensus among cross-functional teams and develop systems roadmaps.
  • Shadow clients to understand their business needs and identify pain points.
  • Recommend solutions based on business analysis.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop systems and work processes.
  • Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and develop robust solutions.
  • Document business strategy and influence feature design for reliability and efficiency.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Contribute to solutions for scalable, reliable, and secure applications.
  • Identify priorities and roadmap improvements in business analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to align on system requirements and delivery.
  • Manage project stakeholder communications, risks, testing, and deployment activities.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in task and project management.
  • Knowledge of systems development lifecycle.
  • Ability to drive solution, vision, and strategy.
  • Technical fluency.
  • Domain-specific expertise.
  • Customer focus and engagement skills.
  • Relationship building skills.
  • Data analysis and synthesis.
  • Ability to critique designs and contribute to solution strategies.

 

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $75.00 to $103.79 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
