TITLE: Campaign Migration Project Manager

LOCATION: Minneapolis, MN, or Charolette, NC

ANTICIPATED DURATION: 8 months – Dec 2026

 

About the Role

This Project Manager is responsible for coordination and governance for our Campaign Migration Workstream within our cloud modernization program. This role focuses on planning, cross-team collaboration, and communication, ensuring alignment with program objectives and smooth execution of migration activities. Responsible for guiding project teams through assigned initiatives and holding individuals accountable to deliverables and timelines.

 

Objective

This position ensures the Campaign Migration Workstream runs smoothly, with clear plans, timely updates, and strong alignment across teams. You will play a critical role in enabling our cloud transformation without disruption to business operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Project Planning & Governance

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverable tracking for the Campaign Migration Workstream.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies, and escalate issues promptly to ensure timely resolution.
  • Align workstream activities with overall cloud migration program objectives and guardrails.

2. Agile Coordination & Tool Management

  • Leverage Agile practices to support iterative delivery and transparency.
  • Use Jira and Confluence to track epics, stories, and tasks; maintain dashboards for visibility.
  • Facilitate stand-ups, sprint reviews, and planning sessions with workstream teams.

3. Cross-Workstream Collaboration

  • Serve as the central point of contact for the Campaign Migration Workstream.
  • Organize and track cross-collaboration with Marketing Activation, Data Engineering, ETL, and Cloud Program teams to ensure dependencies are managed.
  • Partner with change management and training teams to ensure readiness for new processes.

4. Communication & Reporting

  • Prepare and deliver executive-ready status updates, dashboards, and progress reports for leadership and the Steering Committee.
  • Communicate changes, decisions, and impacts clearly to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure transparency and consistency in messaging across teams.

 

Skill/Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise programs, preferably in marketing technology and/or cloud transformation.
  • Strong skills in Agile methodologies and project planning tools (Jira, Confluence, Dragonboat).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to synthesize complex updates for senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with cloud migration concepts and marketing campaign operations is a plus.
  • Ability to quickly understand the operational aspects of the transformation which will assist in keeping teams on track with the migration transformation

 

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $62.00 to $70.92 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
