Campaign Producer
TITLE: Campaign Producer
LOCATION: Culver City, CA
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 01/27/2026 to 01/26/2027
Responsibilities:
- Support the External Marketing Group by supporting campaign workflows and project management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including media strategy, analytics, and creative production
- Coordinate campaign lifecycle activities across online and offline media channels
- Manage workflows between external and internal media teams
- Support status agendas, creative trafficking, media recommendations, weekly reporting, and campaign wrap reports
- Ensure deadlines are met and requirements are fulfilled
- Adhere to process best practices for campaign management and launch
- Prioritize tasks, adapt to change, and multitask in a dynamic environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience with project management, operations management/development, or equivalent support
- Knowledge of media planning, media strategy, ad trafficking, marketing measurement, and analytics
- Experience working with media marketing teams and understanding end-to-end media campaign processes
- Experience in campaign management including creative briefings, social/media content tracking, and analytics coordination
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Meta, X, Reddit, and Pinterest
- Experience with project and resource management tools such as Airtable is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable building partnerships and working cross-functionally across multiple business functions
- Experience in subscription service marketing is a plus
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with campaign management tools and workflows
- Knowledge of social media platforms and ad trafficking processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve complex problems
- Experience managing projects from briefing through launch
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $30.00 to $42.54 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
