Are you passionate about fostering authentic community engagement and creating meaningful conversations? As a Community Manager, you will be the vibrant voice behind our social media channels, connecting directly with consumers to humanize our brands and build lasting relationships. Your role will be vital in shaping how our company is perceived online, acting as the bridge between consumers and internal teams to deliver an exceptional social experience.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Proven copywriting and editing skills tailored to social media content and engagement.
- 1-2 years of experience in community management, social media, or related fields.
- Familiarity with social media management and listening tools like Sprinklr or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to proactively and reactively interact with audiences.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple brands within a sector/category.
- Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection.
- Flexibility to work within shifts between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm CT, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend coverage.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Bilingual abilities in Spanish or French.
- Experience in risk management and social media crisis response.
- Background in marketing, PR, journalism, or communication disciplines.
- Childcare experience, either personal or professional, is considered a plus.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, PR, journalism, or a related field.
- Practical knowledge of social media strategies and culturally relevant, social-native interaction.
Additional Requirements:
- This role is a remote, US-based position with flexible scheduling.
- Willingness to engage with cross-disciplinary teams, including external agency partners, to ensure brand consistency and a positive consumer experience.

The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $25.00/hr. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
