Compliance Specialist
TITLE: Compliance Specialist
LOCATION: New York, NY (hybrid, on-site Tuesday – Thursday)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 12 months
Responsibilities:
- Draft documentation for the compliance program, aligning with partners and obtaining input from stakeholders
- Partner with Google teams within and outside of Marketing to implement new processes and maintain ongoing risk mitigation efforts
- Develop effective processes, policies, controls, and metrics to ensure compliance with relevant standards
- Assist business and process owners in closing gaps in controls and adopting compliant processes
- Manage time effectively in a high-paced, changing environment and navigate ambiguity
- Summarize research and data into clear, effective communication
- Identify insights, drive strategy, and launch programs to deliver impact
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in operating in a high-paced, changing work environment
- Ability to manage time efficiently and navigate ambiguity
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Experience in summarizing research and data into clear communication
- 2 years of relevant experience in a Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, or Management Consulting role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to drive projects independently, communicating progress and results
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $105 to $114.77 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
