TITLE: Vision Systems Engineer
LOCATION: Hybrid in Atlanta, GA (up to 30% travel)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 2+ Year W2 Contract

Vision Systems Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain a multi-camera vision system.
  • Regularly monitor lenses and camera hardware.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with camera and lens operation.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate vision systems into future operations.
  • Keep up with the latest developments in camera technology and embedded systems.
  • Provide technical support and guidance for future vision system upgrades and developments.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and changes.

Vision Systems Engineer Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Ability to learn the process of setting up and maintaining complex camera systems.
  • Knowledge of lens properties and maintenance.
  • Experience with embedded systems and systems integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Engages in diverse and complex activities, demonstrating innovative and creative decision-making.

Vision Systems Engineer Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with robotic systems and automation.
  • Proficiency in programming languages relevant to system integration and embedded systems.
  • Prior experience in a similar industry or with large-scale vision systems.


The hourly pay rate range for this position is $45 – 67/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
