TITLE: Content Design Producer

LOCATION: Cupertino, CA

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 01/20/2026 to 10/20/2026

Responsibilities:

  • Support a team of technical production designers and cross-functional partners (e.g., Design, Engineering, QA, UI, Product Marketing) to develop and deliver in-app content.
  • Manage the release lifecycle (planning, initiation, execution, retrospective).
  • Consider feature support, integration, and process improvements throughout project execution.
  • Orchestrate content delivery with an emphasis on project management methodologies, systems, and tooling.
  • Navigate ambiguous and complex challenges using stakeholder feedback, resourcefulness, and tact.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years as a technical project/program manager within media, design, or software industries.
  • 4+ years (not counting TPM role) in media, design, production, operations, or a related field.
  • Experience with a variety of project management frameworks, tools, and software.
  • Bonus for experience with Agile methodologies, Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence), or transitioning between project management software.
  • Experience working with large asset pipelines, data sets, or content management systems (CMS).

Preferred Experience:

  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and attention to detail.
  • Decisiveness with adaptability to assess new information for course corrections.
  • Empathetic communicator with experience bridging creative and technical teams.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a focus on continuous improvement and value delivery.
  • Experience navigating major organizational disruptions, mergers, transitions, or transformations.
  • Experience with professional creative software suites such as Apple Creative Suite (e.g., Motion, Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, Keynote).

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $89.00 to $105.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
