TITLE: Content Manager III

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 02/23/2026 to 08/21/2026

Responsibilities:

  • Support high-visibility publishing initiatives for internal engagement touchpoints.
  • Manage content for Retail Engagement, Marketing, and Merchandising platforms.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including program managers, producers, and creatives.
  • Ensure all customer-facing deliverables meet Apple standards.
  • Optimize audience management setup and performance across various platforms.
  • Develop documentation, training, and process improvements for Audience Management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve audience-related issues collaboratively.
  • Coordinate timelines, content translation, and asset delivery with different teams.
  • Validate milestones from launch to takedown to ensure brand consistency.
  • Participate in post-release analysis to improve project execution.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert in Apple Events platform, Phantom, and Audience Management systems.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience managing content at a global scale.
  • Experience with content management systems, including technical design, development, and UAT cycles.
  • Experience using project/process management tools.
  • Experience managing assets for multiple languages and countries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HTML, XML, and CSS.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • High ownership and accountability.
  • Flexibility for rapid, time-constrained launch schedules.
  • Ability to creatively solve problems.
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn from team members.

Preferred Experience:

  • Library science experience is preferred.
  • Managing content for global audiences.
  • Experience with asset validation for multiple languages and countries.
  • Knowledge of audience management platforms including Apple Events, Phantom, and related systems.

the hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $60.39 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
