Job Title: Contingent Workforce Operations Partner
Duration: 6 months
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Contingent Workforce Operations Partner to support our clients innovative CW program. This role involves managing data integrity, streamlining processes, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating across HR, IT, Finance, and MSP teams to deliver seamless contingent workforce solutions. The successful candidate will bring both technical expertise and strong communication skills to enhance program efficiency in a fast-paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage data accuracy and integrity within Workday and ServiceNow systems
- Troubleshoot system issues, manage escalations, and implement solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and automate processes where possible
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials
- Support reporting, dashboards, and analytics to monitor program performance
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize contingent workforce management
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience with technical and workflow configuration in Workday and ServiceNow (HelpIn)
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft O365, PPT presentation skills, Excel,
Preferred Qualifications:
• Automation tools i.e. Co-Pilot
• LinkedIn Learning, Cornerstone, LMS or training tool experience
• 3+ years with a Contingent Workforce Program in Operations
• Strong problem solver with technical expertise in troubleshooting system issues
• 2-3 years of background in Project/ Program Management experience
• Ability to partner across multiple teams
• Strong documentation, i.e. Standard Operating Procedures
• Identify process improvements opportunities
The salary range for this position is 40.00 – 54.74 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
