Title: Program Development Manager
Location: Cupertino, CA 95014
Duration: 6 months

We are seeking a dynamic Contract Program Development Manager to lead the design and deployment of cutting-edge retail initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams globally, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver exceptional in-store experiences that influence millions of customers. Your expertise will help craft programs that elevate customer satisfaction, streamline operations, and support retail excellence.

Required Skills:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects with precision and efficiency
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats
  • Exceptional attention to detail while maintaining a strategic big-picture outlook
  • Proficiency in Excel, Keynote, and data analysis tools
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, global environments

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in retail program development or consumer electronics
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising, staffing, training, and in-store technology
  • Prior experience working with international teams and stakeholders

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant program management experience, preferably in retail or consumer technology sectors

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work on a hybrid schedule with flexibility for regional meetings and international collaboration
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects on time and within scope
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $65.00 to $88.06 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
