Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Creative Production Manager to lead the execution and delivery of marketing campaign assets across our clients TV+ programming slate. In this pivotal role, you’ll partner closely with the Creative Director to drive campaign development—owning timelines, budgets, creative production, and asset tracking from kickoff through final delivery. Your work will empower our creative, marketing, and cross-functional partners to bring campaigns to life at the highest level.

As the connector, you keep projects moving, budgets aligned, and deadlines met. A proactive problem-solver and operational strategist with deep expertise in the creative development of marketing campaigns, you understand how creative and marketing decisions influence timelines, resources, and the broader campaign strategy.

This role calls for a nimble, strategic thinker with a producer’s mindset—comfortable leading in fast-paced, high-volume environments. You bring a strong background in entertainment marketing and a proven ability to manage creative production across diverse deliverables, including trailers, TV spots, social content, digital, paid media, and international formats.

You’ll be the go-to partner ensuring clarity, alignment, and flawless execution across internal teams and external vendors—driving both creative excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end campaign operations, driving communication between Creative Advertising, Marketing, and cross-functional partners to build and maintain detailed timelines with clear asset requirements and delivery milestones.
  • Define and manage campaign budgets, forecast needs, build contingency plans, and align costs with both creative priorities and strategic marketing goals.
  • Track production across all marketing touchpoints including trailers, TV spots, social, paid media, digital, international, and broadcast; ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to spec.
  • Partner with the Creative and Finishing team to prioritize assets, manage post-production workflows, and ensure alignment with creative and marketing decisions.
  • Proactively troubleshoot production and post-production issues, escalating where needed to keep campaigns moving forward.
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships from onboarding through invoicing, ensuring seamless day-to-day project management and financial oversight.
  • Provide visibility into campaign performance and spending, articulating variances, rationales, and allocation decisions to senior stakeholders.
  • Act as a strategic partner to creative leads, supporting campaign strategy with operational excellence, scalable solutions, and production insights.
  • Surface key decisions and blockers to senior leadership, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability across all teams.

Key Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in creative production, project management, or marketing operations ideally within entertainment, media, or creative agencies.
  • Expertise in creative development of marketing campaigns across video, social, digital, paid, and international formats, with a strong understanding of how creative and marketing decisions impact workflow and timelines.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end post-production process for creating trailers and short form pieces.
  • Proven success leading high-profile campaigns, managing large budgets and tight timelines in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with experience aligning diverse stakeholders around a shared production and marketing vision.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage asset lifecycles, from creative development through delivery, while driving clarity and accountability at scale.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to juggle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to clearly present production updates, operational solutions, and budget insights to senior leadership.
  • Advanced proficiency with workflow tools such as Airtable, Excel (or similar platforms), with the ability to design systems that increase visibility and efficiency.

About You

With a strong creative background and deep operational expertise, you understand the full campaign lifecycle, from early concepting to final delivery, and are adept at steering large-scale marketing initiatives with multiple stakeholders, evolving priorities, and ambitious timelines.

You’re not just a doer, you’re a driver. You anticipate challenges before they surface, bring clarity to complexity, and create alignment across teams. Your communication is direct yet empathetic, your planning is rigorous, and your instincts are trusted by both creative and business leaders.
