Customer Solutions Engineer

Join our innovative team as a Customer Solutions Engineer and play a pivotal role in transforming how we deliver AI-enabled solutions! In this dynamic, project-based role, you will design and develop scalable systems tailored to stakeholder needs, provide technical guidance to non-technical team members, and enhance workflows through cutting-edge tooling and automation. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of AI-assisted development within a forward-thinking environment.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of hands-on development experience with Java or Python
  • 2+ years of experience in database architecture, including writing SQL queries
  • Proficiency working with Google’s internal technology stack and AI-powered development tools

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Additional experience with cloud platforms or enterprise automation tools
  • Familiarity with AI or machine learning integrations
  • Past involvement in workflow optimization projects

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Relevant professional experience in developing enterprise solutions or working in fast-paced tech environments

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to adapt to evolving project needs and stakeholder requirements
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement
  • No specific travel requirements; remote work possible depending on client needs

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $102.52 to $122.52 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
